It’s taken a while but here’s an image of the production ADKs with the latest version of the branding. The customer consultation group work concluded last week and ‘Kit Yamoyo’, with the literal photograph of mother with child, was by far the most popular ‘brand’. Clever, aspirational logos did not fare well.
Kit Yamoyo means ‘Kit of Life’ or ‘Life Giving Kit’. An alternative local name for ORS is ‘Manzi Yamoyo’ or ‘Water of Life’ so Kit Yamoyo plays nicely to that. And, as one of our musical trustees (we have two!) pointed out, Kit Yamoyo would work well in a song.

Fantastic progress – I think the evolutionary story of this product / project ought to become a classic case study / inspiration for a spectrum of would be designers, product developers, communicators, humanitarian agencies, disaster / emergency players.
I have to presume that you are promoting this to/with the other aid agencies, and folks like Shelter Box in the UK etc.
